Track Call

Healthcare systems worldwide are confronted with the monumental challenges of delivering quality care to a growing and aging population, managing the increasing prevalence of chronic health conditions, and controlling the escalating costs associated with providing quality care and access. These issues are further exacerbated by the rising demand for effective monitoring and management of both physical and mental health conditions, putting additional strain on already overburdened healthcare infrastructures.

Digital technologies hold the potential to significantly address these issues by enhancing the quality of care, improving access, and delivering better value. However, the anticipated benefits of digital technologies for healthcare have not been fully realised, and evidence supporting its impact remains limited.

We welcome empirical as well as conceptual work with a clear digital component that addresses true challenges in the health sector. Submissions may employ any suitable methodological approach, including qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research.
