We invite full papers and developmental papers.
- Full papers of 5000-7000 words should document established results and will be presented according to the highest academic standards. Allocation of a 20-minute presentation time, followed by a Q&A. Selected papers will be uploaded to the AIS eLibrary.
- Developmental papers of 1500-2000 words should document research in progress and will be presented according to the highest academic standards. Allocation of a 20-minute presentation time, followed by a Q&A.
UKAIS actively encourages submissions from early career researchers. The purpose of the developmental is to enable researchers to discuss their work whilst it is in an early stage, so comments and feedback obtained at the event can be incorporated in the final stages of research and writing up.
NEW Submission Deadline: October 16, 2023
Extended deadline October 30, 2023
The deadline for submission has now been closed! We will look forward to seeing you in UKAIS 2024!
EasyChair Submissions: SUBMIT YOUR PAPER
All papers must be formatted using the UKAIS conference template which is available below. To facilitate the blind refereeing process, the body of the paper must be presented anonymously, with the title at the head of each page. Names and affiliations should be added after the paper has been accepted and revised accordingly. Each paper will receive a double peer review.
For Doctoral Consortium submissions: When submitting the paper using EasyChair there is also a question about this in the submissions form. For the doctoral consortium you can submit research proposals, developmental papers or even full papers, depending on the stage that you are currently at.
Accepted papers will appear in the published proceedings of the conference which will be ISBN registered. Selected papers will be available, with the authors consent, internationally through publication in the official AIS electronic library https://aisel.aisnet.org/ukais/. The UKAIS affiliation with AIS offers authors of accepted full-papers a global reach to their work as part of the most comprehensive Information Systems repository with over 51,000 articles and over 1.5 million downloads per year leading to enhanced citations and downloads. Authors receive monthly statistics on their papers concerning downloads and other data.
